England are into the final of Euro 2020, where they will face Italy on Sunday night.

Gareth Southgate’s team selections have come under scrutiny but he’s got the big calls right every single time.

Now he’s got another big decision to make. Does he name an unchanged team for the final?

He doesn’t tend to and Manchester United legend Gary Neville told Sky Sports he thinks Marcus Rashford or Jadon Sancho should come in for Bukayo Saka.

“I agreed with bringing him [Saka] back last night because I felt he had been the most lively of the wide players, along with Raheem Sterling,” said Neville. “I am not sure he will start Sunday.

“I think that might just be too much for him. What he did last night, the amount he has given in this tournament, I just feel we will see somebody else.

“I look at (Giorgio) Chiellini and (Leonardo) Bonucci, and I think, who wouldn’t they like to have in those wide areas, making those inside runs? I actually think it could be a game for (Marcus) Rashford or (Jadon) Sancho.

“Those wide positions need to be quick players, who make out to in runs. I was there in Euro 1996 as a 21-year-old and I was absolutely exhausted as I went through the tournament.”

Will Rashford or Sancho start on Sunday?

It would be a surprise if Rashford started the final.

Rashford admitted earlier in the tournament that he was not at his best and he’s been playing through pain.

The Athletic recently reported that England’s medical staff don’t think he’s fit enough to start matches this summer.

He hasn’t started one so far, but has made four substitute appearances. On top of that, Saka has been playing on the right for England but Rashford is far more comfortable on the left.

Sancho’s got a better chance. He started against Ukraine and impressed with his quick feet and direct running.

If Saka does come out of the team, Sancho is probably the right winger in the next best form to replace him.

If either Rashford or Sancho did start, it would be the biggest game they’ve ever played in in their lives and scoring in it would take them to a new level.
