Cunha has already found the back of the net against Haiti and Scotland, and Brazil will continue their World Cup campaign by facing Japan in the Round of 32.
Brazil face Japan on Monday evening in Houston and Cunha will hope to keep his starting spot in Carlo Ancelotti’s side.
