Manchester United’s Brazil internationals lit up the Red Devils’ FA Cup fourth round tie against Reading.
Casemiro scored two goals, while Fred scored one and provided one assist. Antony also had an assist and was voted man of the match.
United won the game 3-1, and at one stage it looked like it could have been a lot more, before Casemiro and Marcus Rashford were taken off midway through the second half for a well deserved rest.
Casemiro was praised by manager Erik ten Hag and teammate Lisandro Martinez, and the plaudits did not stop there.

Marcelo reacts
Casemiro’s former Real Madrid teammate Marcelo knows the midfielder better than most. He has also started alongside him over the past decade for Brazil, as well as at club level.
He responded to Casemiro’s Instagram post after the victory, with a simple message, writing ‘Dig it dog’, conveying his respect for the midfielder’s performance.

Casemiro has United fans ‘digging’ his performances, with the midfielder playing at a consistent high level even with a relentless fixture list.
And unlike Marcelo, 34, now at Olympiakos, Casemiro is still only 30 and has some big years still ahead of him.
Nothing about his performances suggest he is slowing down either. Long may it continue.
