Talented Manchester United teenager Maxi Oyedele is celebrating after scoring his first ever professional goal.
Oyedele is one of three players on work experience loan deals at non-league Altrincham. Along with Joe Hugill and Sonny Aljofree, the trio can train at Carrington and play for Manchester United’s under-21 side, while also being selected for Altrincham’s squad on matchdays.
Midfielder Oyedele is the only one to get the call-up for Altrincham to date, and after his display at the weekend, there might be more to come, for all three players.
The 18-year-old came off the bench to score in the National League side’s 3-1 victory over Woking.

Oyedele scores first professional goal
Oyedele scored just nine minutes after coming off the bench in the second half. It was a vital goal with the score poised at 1-1. He made it 2-1, with Altrincham going on to add another.
This was just the second appearance Oyedele had made for Altrincham, and it is great to see him making an impact.
He even celebrated with a Marcus Rashford style point to the head.
The 18-year-old was part of Manchester United’s FA Youth Cup winning squad last season, scoring once on the way to winning the competition.
Oyedele has trained with United’s first team and scored twice from midfield for the under-18s this season, before making his under-21 debut.
But it seems United are keen to push him further and challenge him in a more competitive environment, and he has stepped up to embrace it.
The Poland youth international could have a big future in the game, and he will remember this weekend’s performance for the rest of his career.
