Manchester United are set to complete a deal for Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount, who will leave his boyhood club.
Mason Mount is set to undergo a medical at Manchester United, before being announced ahead of pre-season.
The 24-year-old will leave the club he has been at since the age of six, and hopes for a successful career at Old Trafford.
The final fee Manchester United will pay Chelsea is dependent on silverware, due to the add-ons negotiated as part of the deal.

Mason Mount add-on clauses
After a long negotiation between clubs, Manchester United and Chelsea agreed a fee for Mason Mount last week.
The transfer will cost United £55 million plus add-ons worth £5 million, potentially taking the deal to £60 million.
These add-ons are related to Manchester United winning trophies. So, in short, paying out would be worth every penny.
From a Chelsea point of view, the add-on money would be small consolation to seeing their academy graduate lifting silverware wearing a Manchester United shirt.
Matt Law of The Telegraph writes: “If Chelsea ever pocket that extra £5 million in add-ons, then Mount’s departure will not only have been an embarrassment, it will have been an unmitigated disaster.”
He went onto compare Mount’s exit from Chelsea to United, potentially mirroring Ashley Cole’s move from Arsenal to Chelsea.
At Stamford Bridge there are questions being asked about how a bungle over Mount’s contract negotiations led to the academy star feeling undervalued, and seeking to quit.
Just a year ago, Mount said he was ‘extremely happy‘ at Stamford Bridge and looking to sign a new deal. Somewhere along the line, amid a horrific 12 months at Chelsea, they have got it badly wrong.
Manchester United are gladly swooping him up. Chelsea’s view of disaster would be mirrored by Manchester United’s delight, if the Red Devils go on to win silverware.
