It’s not often a goalkeeper kit gets so much attention but fans are going crazy for Manchester United’s new black goalkeeper shirt this season.
Adidas have once again designed and manufactured Manchester United’s kits for the new season, with a traditionally red home kit, dark blue away kit and white third kit released for the 2024/25 campaign.
The short-sleeved third shirt, featuring black and red horizontal stripes across the chest and completed with the retro devil logo, has gone down well but it’s the new goalkeeper’s third kit that has really grabbed attention.
Andre Onana and his goalkeeping colleagues will be sporting a simple yet stunning black third kit in selected games this coming season, with striking white trimming and details.
Instead of the traditional club badge, the kit features the simplified devil logo as well as the retro Adidas trefoil, to mark the upcoming 75th anniversary of the sportswear giants.
With one final touch, the red, white and black flag is stitched to the back of the collar.

Where to buy new Man Utd 2024/25 black goalkeeper shirt
Supporters and kit enthusiasts alike can get their hands on the new goalkeeper jersey from a variety of retailers, both online and in person. However, the kit is in high demand and is already close to selling out, and it has already with some outlets.
Price points may vary between outlets but the shirt is going to be an expensive purchase.
Man Utd official club store
The shirt, along with the rest of the 2024/25 season’s kits, can be bought from the club’s Megastore, located at the front of Old Trafford by the East Stand forecourt.
However, it’s not yet available on the club’s official online shop. Instead, you can sign up to the mailing list to be informed exactly when it’s dropping by clicking here.
Don’t fear, as there are other websites where the shirt can be purchased.
Classic Football Shirts
Retro football kit experts Classic Football Shirts are among the first outlets to sell the goalkeeper jersey and it’s available now.
The website is selling the adult version of the shirt at a price of £84.99. However, you need to move quickly, as they have already sold out of large sizes and only have XS, S and M left.
A kid’s version of the shirt can be bought for £59.99.
Adidas
Unsurprisingly, manufacturers Adidas have also been selling the shirt, for £85, but have already sold out of their initial stock. You can sign up for the mailing list to be notified when it is available again.
No other shops are selling the shirt at the moment, but we will update you when more outlets get stock.
