David Beckham put Romeo Beckham in his place after the Manchester United legend’s son took a swipe at him after Arsenal’s 2-0 win on Wednesday.
Manchester United travelled to the Emirates and Ruben Amorim oversaw his first defeat as Red Devils manager following his arrival at Old Trafford in November.
Arsenal were ruthless from set pieces in the second half and United were exposed from corners during the Premier League encounter on Wednesday evening.
Jurrien Timber broke the deadlock in the second half before William Saliba netted for the Gunners and Mikel Arteta’s men secured all three Premier League points.

Beckham hits back at Arsenal supporter Romeo
Manchester United have fallen to 13th place in the Premier League table in the aftermath of the Arsenal defeat and are now seven points adrift from the top four.
Arsenal, on the other hand, kept themselves in the Premier League title race and the Gunners are seven points behind league leaders Liverpool.
Romeo Beckham wasted no time taking a swipe at his dad after Mikel Arteta’s men claimed the ultimate bragging rights over Ruben Amorim’s side.
The 22-year-old former Brentford player is an Arsenal fan and Romeo started his youth playing career with the Gunners.
Posting after the 2-0 result against Manchester United, Romeo wrote to David Beckham on Instagram: “Sleep well.”

David responded on Instagram Stories and the United and England legend pulled no punches toward his Arsenal-supporting son.
“I will with all my trophies,” he wrote, adding six trophy emojis.
Amorim reacts to Man Utd defeat vs Arsenal
United will now return to Premier League action on Saturday against Nottingham Forest at Old Trafford, with kick-off slated for 5:30pm UK time.
Speaking after the Arsenal defeat, Amorim warned United fans that they should expect him to keep rotating his team after making key changes against the Gunners.
“In this moment, it is impossible to play with the same team,” he said, as per Manchester United’s official website.
“They [the players] have to feel they are part of the team, but we are changing the methodology, we are changing a lot of things.
“We are changing the way we play, the way we press, so we have to have all the players fit.
“We cannot have injuries in this moment because it will be tough to cope with all the games so we will manage the way we feel is the better way for the team.”
