Imagine you are Bryan Mbeumo, what is your reaction returning to Man Utd and seeing Ruben Amorim has been sacked?

In the first half, Morocco took a first-half lead through Brahim Diaz, with Mbeumo really struggling to get himself into the game.

The second-half confirmed Cameroon’s fate in a 2-0 defeat, with Ismael Saibari adding the second goal to send the hosts into a semi final clash against either Algeria or Nigeria.

This means Mazraoui will remain at AFCON until next weekend, and so his return won’t be until the game against Arsenal at the earliest.

Bryan Mbeumo should be in Manchester United team vs Manchester City

With defeat to Morocco, Mbeumo will soon be flying back to Manchester, where he returns to a very different club.

WHO is your pick from Carrick, Solskjaer or Van Nistelrooy?🤔

All three have impressed as players and coaches at Old Trafford, which do you want as caretaker?

Ruben Amorim has been sacked and the manager for the remainder of this season is currently unknown with United interviewing Ole Gunnar Solskjaer on Saturday, after meeting Michael Carrick on Thursday.

Whoever comes in, Mbeumo will be a key player and his return will be welcomed into a team which has lacked true wingers recently, despite the change to a 4-2-3-1 system.

We expect Mbeumo to be right back in the team to face Manchester City next week, starting at right wing and hopefully back to his best.
