The Irishman then added: “The fans are cheering everything these days.
“Where’s your standards? Where’s your demands on the club? Where’s your expectations?
“I’m not saying to boo them, but every time a player traps a ball now, he’s a hero.”
United will now travel to the Molineux on Monday evening and Ruben Amorim’s men will face Premier League strugglers Wolves at 8pm UK time.
