Manchester United’s opponents for the 2024/25 Europa League have all been confirmed.
Amid a potentially busy transfer deadline day, UEFA have held the Europa League draw. Manchester United are aiming to win the competition for the first time since 2017.
The competition has a new look this season, to mirror the new-look Champions League, with United set to figure as part of one large group, with the top teams qualifying for a knockout round.
The first fixtures take place at the end of September, with the eight-match group stage continuing into late January.
The precise fixture dates and times will not be confirmed until the weekend – but the draw has told us United’s opponents.

The 2024/25 Europa League season final will be played at the Estadio de San Mamés in Bilbao, Spain, on the 21st of May 2025.

Watch out for Manchester United drawing Galatasaray in Pot 3.
The Turkish side were eliminated in the Champions league qualifiers by Young Boys.
United have a score to settle after failing to beat Galatasaray in both Champions League group stage games last season.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe and Ineos will also be watching the Europa League draw to see who Nice draw.
United could end up facing the Ligue 1 side, there are no restrictions. They are one of seven teams in Pot 4 who the Red Devils could play against.

United cannot be drawn against Tottenham, the only other English team in the Europa League.
This actually increases the chance of a possible tie against Scottish side Rangers, reducing the number of possible opponents in Pot 1 from seven to six.

The Europa League draw is expected to take place around 12pm.
The teams are separated into four pots – Manchester United are in Pot 1.
United will be drawn against eight teams, two from each pot, and will face one at home, and one away.
Once a team’s ball is drawn from the pot – computer software will randomly draw the opponents.
