Manchester United look seemingly set to receive a huge injury boost as the Red Devils return to Premier League action this Saturday against Sheffield United.
Erik ten Hag will be hoping for some of his key men to return to action following lengthy spells on the injury table.
One player who hasn’t had an injury for long but is a big concern for Ten Hag and Manchester United is Casemiro, who suffered an ankle sprain whilst on international duty with Brazil.
The former Real Madrid midfielder was taken off late on during the 1-1 draw with Venezuela citing an injury problem and had to see a physiotherapist the day after the game.

Casemiro injury update
The Brazilian midfielder was named by Globo Esporte as being in the Brazil squad for their game against Uruguay tonight and there has been further evidence to back this up.
The 31-year-old midfielder has been pictured in training alongside his teammates ahead of the game tonight which suggests his injury may well not be as bad as first feared.
The hope will also be that the midfielder is actually fit and not playing through the pain barrier for his country which seems like it could be likely.
Casemiro risk
As mentioned, there is certainly an element of risk in playing the former Real Madrid man who is seemingly carrying an injury.
Thankfully for Ten Hag, United should have enough cover in the defensive midfield position if indeed Casemiro does agitate his existing injury.
Sofyan Amrabat can slot right in as the number six for United and certainly looked at home in that position against Brentford as his constant recycling of the ball aided the Red Devils massively.
Perhaps the Brazilian being taken out of the firing line will do him good as he has received widespread criticism for his poor performances at Old Trafford this season.
