Manchester United midfielder Kobbie Mainoo has revealed the two toughest stadiums he has visited since his emergence in the first team at Old Trafford.
Kobbie Mainoo has enjoyed a remarkable season so far at Manchester United after he missed the start of the Premier League campaign due to an ankle injury.
The 18-year-old United star was sidelined after his injury against Real Madrid in Houston last July, which came during the Premier League club’s pre-season tour.
However, Mainoo returned from his injury setback and made his mark in the United first team after his promotion from the Red Devils’ youth academy.
The Stockport-born player has started all 12 of his Premier League appearances for United this season, with Mainoo establishing himself as a key midfield figure.
Mainoo found the back of the net for the first time in the Premier League in February after his injury-time winner sealed a dramatic 4-3 win for United against Wolves.

Mainoo on toughest stadiums so far
Speaking to Manchester United’s official website, Kobbie Mainoo admitted that two stadiums in particular are not the “easiest places” to play against opposition teams.
Mainoo revealed that one of his picks was Everton’s Goodison Park, which is where he made his first Premier League start for United last November.
The England Under-19s international impressed with his showing at Everton’s stadium, with Alejandro Garnacho scoring a sensational overhead kick in the 3-0 win.
The other venue that Mainoo picked out was none other than Galatasaray’s Rams Park, with United visiting the stadium during the Champions League this season.
Mainoo performed well in the Champions League tie last November, but United blew their lead against Galatasaray and walked away with a point in the 3-3 draw.
“Yeah, it’s not the easiest places to go,” he said.
“But I had to make an impact. It was my first start, at Everton, and so I just had to take it in my stride as much as possible.
“I guess it’s not bad. An away start to kind of ready myself for what’s to come, I guess.
“But I enjoyed them both. Yeah, both atmospheres were really good, especially Galatasaray!”
Mainoo on playing at Old Trafford
Mainoo has relished his first-team experience this season and admitted that he draws on United fans’ energy during matches at Old Trafford.
“I just try and play my game,” he said.
“The fans are going to be there no matter what. And when we’re at home, I obviously try and use it as fuel.
“And when we’re away, I guess I kind of use that as fuel as well, because with them being against you, it kind of makes you want to win even more.
“So, it can be used however you want it.”
