Gary Neville has hilariously responded to Manchester United fans after the Sky Sports pundit was made aware of a visible issue in his interview at Old Trafford.
The 48-year-old former United right-back has been a staunch critic of the Glazer family’s controversial management and ownership of the Premier League club.
Neville previously called on the Glazers to sell United and openly voiced his views on a Qatari-led takeover of the Red Devils before Sheikh Jassim withdrew his offer.
The ex-United captain, who spent his entire playing career at Old Trafford, has also shared his feelings on Ineos billionaire Sir Jim Ratcliffe buying a stake in the club.

United fans spot issue in Neville’s interview
Speaking after United’s 3-0 defeat to Manchester City at Old Trafford, Neville hilariously suggested that the Red Devils “need Daniel Radcliffe, not Jim Ratcliffe.”
“Honestly, it’s a real worry,” he said on Sky Sports.
“The reality is that it won’t change while you have this cultural toxicity at the club, this uncertainty.
“We need Daniel Radcliffe, not Jim Ratcliffe! I don’t know how it can change and I don’t know how it will change even if Jim Ratcliffe comes in, as brilliant a businessman as he is, as passionate about sport as he is.
“As a minority shareholder, how do you deal with this stadium at half-a-billion? How do you deal with £800m of debt and £300m that’s owed to other clubs?”
With Neville speaking about the need to revamp Old Trafford in his Sky Sports interview, eagle-eyed fans spotted that the roof in the background was leaking.

One fan said in response to the footage: “The state of that roof…”
Another added: “Roof leaking nicely as well.”
While a third wrote: “Giving this speech as water is pouring through a leak in the roof is just too perfect.”
And a fourth tweeted: “The roof behind him has me dying.”
A fifth asked: “Is that the roof leaking in as well behind him?”
Neville took to social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter, and admitted that he was blissfully unaware of the roof situation behind him at Old Trafford.
“Look at the roof in the background! Just been pointed out to me,” he said, adding laughing emojis to his tweet.
It’s not the first time that the Old Trafford roof has been an issue for United fans, with footage of leaks previously making the rounds on social media.
United fans have ruthlessly criticised the Glazers’ lack of investment in much-needed infrastructure at the club after they took ownership of the Red Devils in 2005.
Old Trafford’s current state has been one such issue flagged by fans and pundits — including Neville himself — over the desperate need for its redevelopment.
