As Manchester United cruised to victory over Leicester, the players looked determined to set Wout Weghorst up for a goal.
The on loan striker has not yet scored in the Premier League, with his only goal in 10 total appearances coming in the Carabao Cup.
Weghorst did not have any luck against Leicester, hitting an attempted overhead kick wildly off target, one of six attempts at goal.
The clearest chance was a one v one late in the game after Jadon Sancho had slipped a pass into his path. He saw his shot blocked by goalkeeper Danny Ward.

Neville on Weghorst
Weghorst’s missed chance came days after he spurned a similar opportunity against Barcelona at the Nou Camp.
Speaking to Sky Sports, former star Gary Neville commented on what he saw from Weghorst after his missed opportunity.
He also praised his overall contribution and reflected on the situation which saw United sign him in the first place.
Neville said: “I looked at Weghorst collapsed on the ground on his back, thinking ‘come on give me a break’.
“He hasn’t quite taken these chances. If he was taking these chances and scoring 20 goals a season, he wouldn’t be available on a free loan.
“He’s done a lot of work for the team, I imagine he’s very popular with his teammates.”
Even after his late missed chance, Weghorst kept running and doing defensive work to close down Leicester’s players.
He had an expected goal tally for the game of 0.96, suggesting he really should have scored.
Weghorst likely to retain his place in the side this week with Anthony Martial still out injured. If he scored a vital goal against either Barcelona or Newcastle over the next few days, then his recent misses will be forgotten.
The Dutchman needs to approach those games with that attitude. Each and every match is an opportunity, and while United are winning, his lack of goals is not hurting the team.
