Erik ten Hag has confirmed that one Manchester United star could be on his way out of the club in January.
Manchester United suffered a 3-0 defeat to Bournemouth at Old Trafford which has increased the pressure massively on Erik ten Hag with the Dutchman’s team being booed off the pitch at full-time.
Dominic Solanke, Phillip Billing and Marcos Senesi netted for Andoni Iraola’s side and, truth be told, it was a fully deserved victory for the Cherries, despite United doing all they could to get back into the game.
Ten Hag is under severe pressure now and there is another tough week of fixtures ahead for the Red Devils.

Ten Hag on Man United star
Speaking to The Mirror, amongst other media outlets, Ten Hag confirmed that Sergio Reguilon could return to Tottenham Hotspur in January due to a break clause in the Spaniard’s contract.
“We have to make a final decision on Reguilon. But also there is Spurs who are involved in that conversation as well.” Ten Hag also confirmed that break clause is present in that deal for the former Sevilla defender.
It had been rumoured that there was a clause in the defender’s contract that would allow him to return to the London outfit in the winter transfer window. Reguilon joined Spurs in 2020.
With Luke Shaw now back from his injury and Tyrell Malacia not too far away either, the Spaniard will surely not be needed at Old Trafford for much longer.
Reguilon’s time in Manchester
The left-back came into the United team in September after being brought in on an emergency loan due to the sheer number of injury problems in that position.
A promising debut against Brighton & Hove Albion at home followed but since then, the left-back has hardly impressed with Diogo Dalot, at times, playing at left-back.
Reguilon himself has had injury problems for the Red Devils this season which has made the signing of the left-back rather pointless.
The signing has been an unsuccessful one and his time at the club will be a rather forgettable one for the fanbase.
