Diogo Dalot has spent eight years at Manchester United and played under eight different managers.
It was back in 2018 when Diogo Dalot was signed from Porto for £19 million, and he has grown into a key player at Old Trafford.
This season, Dalot was overhated, and he ended up silencing his critics by ending the campaign on a strong run of form under Michael Carrick.
Carrick is the eighth manager that Dalot has worked under at United, but the best manager he has worked with was sacked years ago.

Diogo Dalot names his best Man United manager
Speaking to Portuguese content creator Psylocke on TikTok, Dalot was answering quickfire questions and was asked who the best manager was that he has worked with.
Despite Dalot praising Ruben Amorim as recently as this week, it was another Portuguese manager who came to mind.
Without hesitation, Dalot replied: “Jose Mourinho”.
It was Jose Mourinho who signed Dalot back in 2018, but he was sacked just months later in December following a poor start to the season.
As per Transfermarkt, Dalot actually only played six times under Mourinho’s management for a total of 423 minutes. He produced one assist in those matches.

Jose Mourinho made a huge Diogo Dalot prediction
It is no coincidence that Dalot has been linked with Real Madrid now that Jose Mourinho is returning to the Spanish capital.
When Dalot was signed eight years ago, Mourinho spoke extremely highly of the right-back.
Speaking to BBC Sport, Mourinho said: “In his age group, he is the best full-back in Europe. He is an extremely talented young defender with all the qualities to quickly become a great player for this club.”
