Man Utd need to look for the perfect Casemiro amid the Man Utd star’s potential Old Trafford exit in 2026
Casemiro has entered into the final six months of his current United contract and all signs currently point to a potential exit from the Premier League club in June.
The United and Brazil midfielder is now free to speak with clubs outside of England in the January transfer window and could even sign a pre-contract agreement.
The Red Devils do have the option to trigger a 12-month extension in Casemiro’s United contract and to keep him at the Premier League club until 2027.
However, it remains to be seen if the Premier League side are willing to extend the existing deal of a key United first-team player for manager Ruben Amorim.
