The Brazil international was overjoyed to help United win 3-2 against Liverpool in his second-to-last home game.
Man Utd beat Liverpool 3-2 … Let’s hear your INSTANT REACTION!

Casemiro on United win
Casemiro was spotted speaking with Manchester United head coach Michael Carrick at full-time.
The Brazilian put in an energetic performance across all 90 minutes, and the only shock was that he did not score one of his customary headers.
United won the game 3-2 with goals from Matheus Cunha, Benjamin Sesko and Kobbie Mainoo.
Posting on social media, Casemiro sent a message reflecting on the back-and-forth game that saw United give up a 2-0 lead at one stage, before Mainoo’s winner.
Casemiro wrote: “Exciting, crazy … what a match at home !!!”
It was a short message that perfectly summed up a strange game where United dominated large parts – yet still contrived a way to throw away the first half advantage.
We have a feeling Casemiro will definitely miss these crazy days at Old Trafford.
It’s OFFICIAL – Man Utd will be in the Champions League in 2026/27 – Give us your reaction!
Casemiro’s first home Premier League win over Liverpool
Believe it or not, this was the first time Casemiro has won against Liverpool in the Premier League at home for Manchester United.
When he signed in 2022/23, he was introduced on the pitch in his suit as Erik ten Hag’s side beat Liverpool 2-1, so he did not play in the game in his first season.
In his second season in 2023/24, United drew 2-2 at home to Liverpool. He started in midfield with Kobbie Mainoo, who scored in that game too. He had missed the 4-3 FA Cup win through injury.
Last season Casemiro had a game to forget, giving the ball away as United were beaten 3-0 at home to Liverpool, with Erik ten Hag still in charge at the time.
And now finally in 2025/26, he has savoured winning against Liverpool at Old Trafford as a player. He will clearly want to enjoy this.
