The FWA voted Fernandes as Footballer of the Year before he won the Premier League Player of the Season award.
Fernandes, 31, has now been named Premier League Player of the Week after the final game of the season, as United beat Brighton 3-0. The Portugal international scored one goal and registered one assist against the Seagulls.
This means Fernandes has won the Premier League Player of the Week award six times throughout the 2025/26 campaign. That’s four more times than any other player, proving that he is in a league of his own.
