Amad continued an incredible debut record with Rangers goal
Manchester United paid £19 million for Amad last year. While the fee could rise to £37 million with numerous bonuses linked to appearances and trophy wins, the initial fee paid could end up looking like a bargain.
Amad is out on loan at Rangers and took just four minutes to score on his debut in a 3-3 draw with Ross County.
The United youngster put on a show, creating the second goal after his run and shot forced a goalkeeper error which Rangers went onto convert.
His directness showed a winger who had no nerves, was confident in his own ability, and his trickery was a real delight.

Fantastic debut record
Amad’s goal on his debut really should not have come as a surprise. The winger has a fantastic track record of making an impact, which says a lot about both his quality and his lack of fear.
The Goal for Rangers on his debut was just the latest in a line of impacts Amad has made as he kicks off his career. At the age of just 19, Amad is putting together quite a CV already.
Goal on Atalanta debut: Amad made a name for himself when he scored on his Atalanta debut at just 17. He came off the bench against Udinese, and remarkably took just four minutes to score.
Goal on Manchester United under-23s debut: A year ago Amad scored two goals on his under-23 debut in a 6-4 win over Liverpool. He followed that up with a hat-trick of assists in his next match.
Goal on first full half for Manchester United: Amad netted against AC Milan to break the deadlock in a tight Europa League game at Old Trafford. This was the first proper half of football he had for the first team, with his only previous appearances as a late substitute against Real Sociedad. The winger took just five minutes to score with a header.
Assist on Premier League debut: Amad’s first Premier League start yielded an assist. He set up a goal for Mason Greenwood to score against Leicester at Old Trafford.
Goal on Ivory Coast home debut: Amad’s Ivory Coast debut was a five-minute appearance against Niger. His home debut was a 27 minute showing against Burkina Faso, and that was enough, as he curled in a free-kick to seal a 2-1 win in injury time.
