Manchester United star Alejandro Garnacho dropped the ultimate praise on Vinicius Junior after the Real Madrid ace’s Champions League masterclass against Borussia Dortmund on Tuesday.
Real Madrid lifted the Champions League trophy last season with a 2-0 win over Borussia Dortmund in the final at Wembley.
Los Blancos returned to action on Tuesday and the defending Champions League holders faced last season’s runners-up as part of the initial league-phase format.
Carlo Ancelotti’s men overwhelmed the German side at the Santiago Bernabeu in the second half and Vinicius Junior was at the heart with a show-stealing performance.
Vini Jr, who has been linked with Manchester United in the past, scored a sensational hat-trick in the second half en route to Madrid’s 5-2 win over Dortmund.

Garnacho’s message to Vinicius Junior
Donyell Malen stunned Real Madrid by firing Borussia Dortmund into the lead in the 30th minute before Jamie Bynoe-Gittens netted four minutes later for his side.
Carlo Ancelotti’s side rallied back in the second half and Antonio Rudiger pulled one back for Madrid in the 60th minute at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Vinicius Junior pulled Los Blancos level two minutes after Antonio Rudiger’s header before Lucas Vazquez fired Madrid into the lead in the 83rd minute.
Vini Jr then completed his brace in the 86th minute before the 24-year-old winger completed his hat-trick in the Champions League match in injury time.
The Madrid star took to Instagram after the 5-2 win to celebrate Ancelotti’s men securing all three points and marking his sensational hat-trick.
“We are the Real Madrid,” he wrote to his Instagram followers, as per a translation.
Alejandro Garnacho wasted no time reacting to Vini Jr’s post and the Manchester United winger sent a clear-cut message to the Brazil international.

“Big inspiration,” he simply wrote.
Madrid boss Ancelotti reacts to Vinicius Junior
Vinicius Junior is widely tipped to scoop the 2024 Ballon d’Or award on 28th October, with Ancelotti convinced his player will take home France Football’s prize.
“What I can say is that it’s rare to see a player who plays a second half like Vinicius did,” he said at his post-match press conference, as per The Daily Mail.
“And not because of the three goals but because of his character; he’s extraordinary.
“Vinicius is going to win [the Ballon d’Or], not for what he did tonight, but for what he did last year.
“These three goals are already going to count for next year’s Ballon d’Or, that’s for sure. He is a player who gets whistled at because he can make a difference.”
