Manchester United supporters have voted for the man of the match against Nottingham Forest.
United won the Carabao Cup semi-final 2-0, securing a 5-0 aggregate victory.
Anthony Martial and Fred scored the goal in the second half, after Erik ten Hag had introduced Martial as a substitute along with Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho with 30 minutes remaining.
This was Sancho’s first game back since October, with the 22-year-old returning at a perfect time ahead of a busy schedule.

Man of the match against Nottingham Forest
Manchester United supporters voted for the man of the match in a poll on the club’s official website.
There was an overwhelming winner with almost half the vote.
- Bruno Fernandes: 44 per cent
- Casemiro: 18 per cent
- Marcus Rashford: 9 per cent
- Fred: 9 per cent
- Lisandro Martinez: 5 per cent
- Anthony Martial: 4 per cent
- Other players two per cent or less
Fernandes, 28, created three goalscoring chances, and came close to scoring himself, firing a shot narrowly wide late in the game from a tight angle.
His array of passing was excellent, with a couple of replay-worthy touches with the outside of his boot. When he is playing with this confidence, he is a joy to watch.
