Manchester United fans singled out Leny Yoro during the Red Devils’ first Premier League match in the post-March international break against Leeds United.
The Red Devils had to wait 24 days between their encounter with Leeds United on Monday evening and Manchester United’s previous 2-2 draw against Bournemouth.
Man Utd’s clash with Bournemouth came before the March break and the Red Devils had an extended period out of action due to them being out of the FA Cup.
Michael Carrick’s men welcomed rivals Leeds United to Old Trafford on Monday evening and Leny Yoro was a major talking point for United fans.

Man Utd fans’ instant verdict on Leny Yoro after the 2-1 Premier League defeat against Leeds United
Posting in United In Focus’ TalkingPoints, Red Devils fans felt Manchester United defender Leny Yoro’s physical limitations were shown in Leeds United’s opener.
“I actually don’t think that was a foul, to be honest. We’ve definitely seen them given, but Yoro should do better there. He needs to improve in the air,” one Man Utd fan said.
Somebody else commented: “Yoro should toughen up by now [and] be ready for physical players like [Dominic] Calvert-Lewin, have struggled always against players bigger [and] stronger than him unless surrounded by experienced players who can tackle those big bullies. On to his second season now playing [a] lot of games but stagnated development.”
A third TalkingPoints user claimed: “Think Yoro really has been poor this season, I really do agree. Could do with bulking up a bit without losing too much recovery pace.”
And a fourth posted: “It’s definitely between [Manuel] Ugarte and Yoro for me [for worst performer], but I’d still say Ugarte.”
