Manchester United’s line-up to face Leeds in their opening game of the Premier League season has been announced.
Starting XI: De Gea; Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Shaw; McTominay, Fred; James, Fernandes, Pogba; Greenwood
Substitutes: Heaton, Dalot, Williams, Pereira, Mata, Matic, Van de Beek, Martial, Sancho
The big news is that Jadon Sancho is not in the side and will start the game on the bench.
Also, the ‘McFred’ pairing is back together and Paul Pogba has been selected to start.
Leeds’ line up is: Meslier; Ayling, Struijk, Cooper (c), Dallas; Koch, Klich, Raphinha, Rodrigo, Harrison, Bamford.

Nemanja Matic and Donny van de Beek started against Everton last weekend but have been dropped in favour of Solskjaer’s favourite midfield duo.
That’s clearly been done with energy in mind, but it’s not without risk. McTominay is carrying a knock and both he and Fred have only had one pre-season outing.
Pogba will likely start on the left of midfield, with Mason Greenwood through the middle.
This will be a test of United’s fitness against a Leeds side who will run and run and have had a more settled pre-season.
