Manchester United conclude the season at the American Express Stadium on Sunday and now Michael Carrick’s confirmed line-up has been named.
The final weekend of the Premier League season has arrived, with Manchester United heading to the South Coast to take on Brighton.
Michael Carrick has already ruled out Casemiro, with the Brazilian playing his final game for the club last weekend against Nottingham Forest.
This left questions over who would start for United against Brighton. Now, the starting line-up has been announced.

Manchester United’s confirmed team to face Brighton
It might be the final game of the campaign, but Carrick has still named a strong side.
In goal, we see Senne Lammens again start, continuing his stranglehold on the goalkeeping position at Old Trafford.
What is your message to Bruno Fernandes after he sets a NEW Premier League assist record?🔥
He's now the sole ASSIST KING in league history 🅰️x21
In the defence, no Diogo Dalot sees the only change at the back as Noussair Mazraoui starts with Harry Maguire and Lisandro Martinez in the middle and Luke Shaw completes an entire season of starts on the left.
Mason Mount replaces Casemiro alongside Kobbie Mainoo, with the best player in the league Bruno Fernandes ahead of them.
Patrick Dorgu takes Matheus Cunha’s spot on the left, with Amad on the right unfortunately denying Shea Lacey a start.
Up front is Bryan Mbeumo.
Hopefully, we see Tyler Fletcher and Lacey from the bench.
It’s PREDICTION time… What will be the score as Man United take on Brighton?
Can United seal off the league season with a win?🔥
United looking to achieve a fourth over 70 point season since Sir Alex Ferguson
Heading into this weekend, United sit on 68 points and six points clear in the top three.
But victory over Brighton would be huge for Carrick, and demonstrate the brilliant job he’s managed to do since taking charge of the club.
Only three times since Sir Alex Ferguson retired 13 years ago have United achieved a points tally above 70, a win against Brighton would be a fourth, on 71 points.
The fourth best season in the league in 13 years, and he only took over in January.
Carrick will now have to replicated this next season, and should be aiming to hit the 80 point mark, which would certainly lead to a title charge.
