Manchester United fans singled out Bruno Fernandes after Michael Carrick’s men played their final match of the Premier League season against Brighton.
The Red Devils made the trip to the Amex on Sunday afternoon, with Champions League qualification and a third-place Premier League finish already in the bag.
Manchester United had also made the call to announce Michael Carrick’s permanent appointment as head coach on Friday ahead of the end of the 2025-26 season.
