Manchester United fans instantly reacted to what Amad Diallo did after the Red Devils’ huge Premier League encounter with defending champions Liverpool on Sunday.
Ruben Amorim’s men returned to winning ways ahead of the start of the October international break, with Manchester United beating Sunderland 2-0 at Old Trafford.
United picked up three points against Sunderland before several Red Devils first-team stars were called up for international duty for their respective countries.
The Red Devils faced a tough first test in the post-October break, with Liverpool hosting United at Anfield for their Premier League clash on Sunday afternoon.
United arrived at Liverpool’s iconic stadium with a major boost from the Sunderland result, while the Reds’ form had taken a knock in recent weeks under Arne Slot.
Liverpool had suffered back-to-back Premier League defeats – and three consecutive losses across all competitions – ahead of their showdown with Ruben Amorim’s side.

Amad Diallo made the Manchester United starting XI for the trip to Anfield and was deployed out in the right wing-back role in Ruben Amorim’s tactical system.
The 23-year-old Ivorian winger impressed with his link-up with Bryan Mbeumo and Amad earned high praise from United fans for his superb overall performance.
One United fan said: “Amad is criminally underrated as a RWB, man.”
Somebody else wrote: “Amad Diallo is playing out of his mind right now on both ends of the pitch. MOTM [Man of the Match] so far, no debate.”
“Amad has been impressive defensively as usual,” a third Red Devils supporter tweeted.
While a fourth X user claimed: “Amad and [Bryan] Mbeumo on that wing is a cheat code!”
Another added: “Amad’s football IQ is up there. I think the high IQ and pace compensate for his lack of stature.”
“Amad and Mbuemo have that right side on lock,” someone else suggested.

United stunned Liverpool in the opening five minutes of the Premier League match after Amad flicked the ball into the box towards an onrushing Bryan Mbeumo.
Bryan Mbeumo showed brilliant composure after the United summer signing clipped the ball over Giorgi Mamardashvili and his effort landed in the back of the net.
Liverpool fought back in the first half at Anfield, but the Red Devils fended off the Reds’ attack and United took their 1-0 lead into half-time on Sunday afternoon.
Liverpool were left chasing the match in the second half before the reigning Premier League champions pulled level through an all-important Cody Gakpo equaliser.
However, United would cancel out Cody Gakpo’s equaliser only six minutes later after Harry Maguire fired a powerful header past Giorgi Mamardashvili.
