Although he didn’t score on his Real Betis debut against Athletic Club last weekend, Antony put in an excellent performance.
The South American played 72 minutes and helped his new side to a 2-2 draw against a team vying for Champions League qualification.

Keeping his place in Pellegrini’s side, Antony was named in Betis’ starting lineup to play Celta Vigo on Saturday.
This time, the United loanee wasted no time opening the game’s scoring and netted after just 11 minutes.

Should Antony continue to dominate in La Liga, fans will be quick to demand he is reinstated into Ruben Amorim’s plans.
