Manchester United academy goalkeeper Tom Wooster has clinched a loan move to non-league side Ramsbottom United.
The club confirmed the switch earlier today, with the loan move in the pipeline for the past two weeks.
Wooster has been training at the club in Greater Manchester for the past fortnight, and is now on loan at Ramsbottom until the rest of the season.
He even made his debut last night in a local derby against Workington and his first ever competitive professional game was a positive experience.

Wooster makes loan debut
Wooster’s new side Ramsbottom United sit bottom of the Isthiam Northern West division, with five wins from 26 matches this season.
Last night they claimed a 1-1 draw away at third place Workington, with Wooster the hero.
The on loan Manchester United youngster saved a last minute in the 95th minute to earn his team a share of the spoils.
Speaking to Ramsbottom’s website, Wooster explained the loan, commenting: “I spoke with some of the coaches and the loan manager at United and we all decided that a loan was the best thing for my development.”
United signed Wooster from Barnsley in 2021, where he caught the eye after representing England at youth level.
The 17-year-old made five appearances for Manchester United’s under-18s this season, keeping two clean sheets.
He has also been part of the squads for under-21 games but has yet to make an appearance at this level. Now he is gaining even more valuable game time in men’s football.
