Manchester United have been linked with a move for Everton midfielder Amadou Onana.
Erik ten Hag is considering a summer swoop for Amadou Onana after being impressed by his performances for the Toffees, report Teamtalk.
United see Onana as a good value addition, and are more likely to swoop if Everton are relegated. They currently sit in 17th place, two points clear of the drop zone.
Onana, only 21, has made 32 appearances for Everton this season in all competitions, 29 as a starter.

Onana has demonstrated this season he is a bright talent, with high upside. Don’t let Everton’s low league position take away from his vast potential.
The Teamtalk report adds: “Onana is likely to seek a move away from Everton if they suffer relegation and the player is interested in playing at the highest level possible to cement his place in the Belgium squad.”
Onana is described as a ‘powerhouse’ owing to his 6ft 4″ build, and the midfielder believes he can play a variety of roles.
He told The Guardian: “I think I can play every position in centre midfield, whether that’s as a holding midfielder or a box-to-box as a No 8. Wherever the manager needs me, I will play there.”
The Mirror reported Everton paid £33.7 million for Onana last summer. Former club Lille would stand to gain a sell-on fee if he is sold.
If this is a fee United have to match, to bring him to the club, it could be a shrewd investment. Even at £40 million, Onana would cost half the price of Brighton’s Moises Caicedo.
Last summer we named Onana as one of three midfield signings made by Premier League clubs that Manchester United may regret not making.
Onana is now a Belgium international, and his value is expected to rise in the coming years. If Everton stay up, this will be a tougher deal to do, but it is interesting to see United exploring it.
