AS Roma could look to Rasmus Hojlund as they plan to rearrange their attacking options ahead of the new season.
Like Manchester United, AS Roma are hoping to provide more firepower in their attack before the new competitive season begins.
Ruben Amorim endured a difficult first six months at Old Trafford as United head coach, losing the Europa League and finishing 15th in the Premier League. United hope they can turn a corner in the new campaign and gain better results under their head coach.
United have already welcomed two new signings to the first team this summer, with Matheus Cunha arriving from Wolves. A month later, Bryan Mbeumo followed from Brentford.
Ineos want to sign a new striker, but that could depend on whether United can sell players between now and the end of the summer.

Roma eye Rasmus Hojlund
Following the arrival of Evan Ferguson from Brighton, the Giallorossi could look to the Premier League again as they try to bolster their attacking options.
Ferguson joined Roma on loan from Brighton for €3 million (£2.6m) with an option to buy set with a hefty valuation.
The Republic of Ireland international will compete with Artem Dovbyk for the starting spot, providing the latter remains at the club, amid links to Turkish side Besiktas.
Besiktas have already signed Tammy Abraham from Roma this summer, but Dovbyk arrived at Roma last summer from Girona. He scored 17 goals in his first season in Italy.
According to Calciomercato, Roma would attempt to sign Rasmus Hojlund in the event Dovbyk leaves this summer.
Hojlund is under contract at United until June 2028, but every player has their price and Amorim is already in the market for a new striker.
The Denmark international has scored 26 goals in 95 appearances since joining United from Atalanta. His name has been linked on the market with other Italian teams, given he has already proven himself in Serie A.

It remains to be seen if Hojlund has any serious suitors this summer because right now he will be planning to start the new season at Old Trafford.
Man Utd could be handed perfect Hojlund solution
Previous reports suggested Roma only wanted Hojlund on loan.
However, if there was a way to secure a permanent deal for the striker, it could benefit all parties.
Hojlund would be returning to his familiar surroundings of the Serie A, and United could have extra money to sign a new striker.
The Red Devils have been linked with Ollie Watkins and Benjamin Sesko in recent days. Both strikers could cost north of £45 million this summer.
Cash for Hojlund, Antony, Alejandro Garnacho and Jadon Sancho would go a long way at this point.
