If Manchester United want to sign Victor Osimhen this summer they will have to pay a fee of £150 million to Serie A outfit Napoli.
Italian outlet Corriere dello Sport claim that Napoli have bumped up their demands to sell the striker during the summer.
The report states that 120 million euros (£100.7 million) is now the going rate for the Nigerian hitman, and that would eclipse the fee that Jack Grealish commanded when he joined Manchester City last summer.

If the Red Devils caved to Napoli’s demand, it would likely wipe out a huge chunk of our entire summer transfer budget.
United do need a new, younger striker in the summer, regardless of the identity of the manager who comes in ahead of the window.
But they also need surgery in midfield and defence, and cannot really afford to invest an absolutely huge, record-shattering fee in one go.
That is especially pertinent when you consider that Osimhen has not played in England before and he is a tier below the truly elite strikers such as Erling Haaland and Kylian Mbappe, who look set to move this summer.

It wouldn’t get us any closer to the likes of Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City, as we need reinforcements in several other positions.
If United are the only side set on signing him this summer there could be an opportunity to drive the price down, but Arsenal are also keen.
If they are willing to smash the British record transfer fee to sign him, so be it, but United should not be going to that level for the striker.
