Manchester United are eyeing a move for Odysseas Vlachodimos, Fabrizio Romano claims.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano claims Manchester United are plotting a move to sign Greece international number one Odysseas Vlachodimos.
A move for Vlachodimos is being ‘explored’ by Manchester United, he claims.
The goalkeeper would provide back-up to Andre Onana. It comes as Dean Henderson is linked with a move to Crystal Palace, via The Sun.

Odysseas Vlachodimos linked
Odysseas Vlachodimos has been at Benfica since 2018 when he signed from Panathinaikos for around £2 million.
He renewed his contract earlier this year, Benfica confirmed, which now runs until 2027.
Romano also reported last summer that Vlachodimos was on Manchester United’s radar.
MORE UNITED STORIES
The 29-year-old was born in Stuttgart and played for Germany at under-21 level before switching to Greece in 2018. He has since played 33 games for his country.
Vlachodimos has gone onto play 225 games for Benfica since signing for the club, and has won two Portuguese titles with the club.
Vlachodimos could be Manchester United’s first number 99
Manchester United are without a number one at present, with new first choice goalkeeper Andre Onana selecting the number 24 shirt.
Vlachodimos’ preferred number is even more ‘out there’. He wears the number 99 shirt for Benfica.
This is a shirt number never worn at Manchester United, and is a little quirk the potential back-up goalkeeper may pursue.
