Manchester United are now weighing up a move for Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Pedro Neto years after taking him on trial.
United’s attack has started clicking a little of late.
Rasmus Hojlund can’t stop scoring and both Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho have provided a threat out wide.
United still need to improve in terms of the final product and one potential target has been on fire this season.
Manchester United plotting Pedro Neto move
Reports last week suggested that United have been internally discussing making a move for Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Pedro Neto.
It’s claimed that United still fancy Crystal Palace winger Michael Olise but have Neto in mind too.
The Portuguese wide man certainly ticks the boxes in terms of helping United’s end product in the final third.
Neto has racked up two goals and a whopping nine assists in just 16 Premier League games this season.
Neto scored against United earlier this month and has picked up another two assists since then, proving to be a highly-productive wide man.
The 23-year-old does have a worrying injury record but United may well believe that he is the man to provide goals and assists going forward.

Neto was once on trial at United
Hailed as ‘absolutely incredible’ by boss Gary O’Neil, Neto won’t come cheap.
Reports suggest that Neto could cost around £60million this summer, which is a hefty price to pay for a player United once had in the building.
The Sun reported in 2017 that United were keen on landing Neto from Braga despite actually rejecting him as a trialist a year earlier.
United had a look at Neto as a teenager but decided against a deal, paving the way for moves to Lazio and Wolves.
United may well have kept Neto on the radar ever since his trial but needing to pay £60million stings a little.
Neto seemingly wasn’t right for United back then, but he could be the big target this summer having proven himself as a Premier League star.
