Manchester United have this morning confirmed the departure of Alex Telles.
The Brazilian full-back has joined Saudi club Al-Nassr on a permanent deal in what is believed to be in the region of around £4m pounds.
Telles joined the Red Devils from FC Porto in October 2020 under Ole Gunnar Solksjaer. He was brought in to challenge Luke Shaw for the left-back position.
He spent the entirety of last season on loan with Sevilla, winning the Europa League with the Spanish giants and beating Manchester United in the process. Now he begins a new venture, this time permanently in Southwest Asia.

Alex Telles leaves Manchester United
As per the official Manchester United website, we can confirm that Alex Telles has left Manchester United on a permanent deal.
The club also took to Twitter to bid farewell and say thank you to the 30-year-old for his time at Old Trafford.
MORE UNITED STORIES
It never really did work out for Telles at United. He was a player with undeniable attacking qualities, but his defensive capabilities just weren’t there to be a top player in the Premier League.
He now starts his new venture in the Saudi League, where he’ll link up with former Red Devils legend Cristiano Ronaldo at Al-Nassr.
Alex Telles’ best United moment
Telles only managed to bag one goal for United during his time here, but boy was it special.
Telles scored the equaliser in the 2-1 Champions League victory over Villarreal in September 2021 with a thunderous volley from outside the box.
Thanks for the memories, Alex. Best of luck in your future endeavours!
