Manchester United are reported to be keen on signing both Harry Kane and Mason Mount this summer.

Harry Kane could soon have a big decision to make, with The Guardian reporting Manchester United are preparing a bid for his services.

As a Tottenham academy graduate, he has given everything possible to the North London club, and come up short in terms of silverware.

Erik ten Hag wants him to join his Manchester United project and lead the attack, along with his England international teammate Mason Mount.

Harry Kane view on Mason Mount

A report in The Mail revealed Manchester United plan to step up the chase for Mason Mount, and this could in turn make a switch more appealing for Harry Kane.

Kane knows Mount from the England squad and is he on record praising the current Chelsea midfielder.

He was quoted in 2021 by Metro telling beIN SPORTS: “Mason [Mount] is a fantastic player, great on the ball, great worth ethic.

“He wins balls back, makes tackles, it’s an underrated part of his game.

“He’s a truly special player and it’s great for him to playing in a Champions League final in a few weeks’ time. He was great again against Real Madrid.”

Mount has now played at two international tournaments alongside Harry Kane and their experience together could see them hit the ground running for Manchester United.

It remains to be seen if United can get both deals done, but this is reported to be the club’s intention.

If a deal is struck for Mason Mount, the prospect of joining Manchester United will become even more tempting for Harry Kane.
