One player who is in. search of a new club is Mason Greenwood after it was decided he would be best continuing his career away from Old Trafford.

Mason Greenwood hasn’t appeared for Manchester United since January 2022 and won’t ever be playing for the side again.

A few weeks ago Richard Arnold released a statement explaining that Greenwood wouldn’t be continuing his career at Old Trafford.

This following the large amount of media attention on the 21-year-old after his return became a possibility earlier this year.

Despite being available openly, there hasn’t been much in the way of concrete interest, but now a club have been offered his services.

Lazio offered Mason Greenwood

On a deadline day which is already due to be hugely busy for United, another potential deal has cropped up.

It comes according to Fabrizio Romano who posted on X on Friday morning that Lazio could be offered Greenwood.

“Lazio have been offered the possibility to sign Mason Greenwood from Man United in the final hours of the summer transfer window.

“No decision has been made as of now.”

This signalling that United’s forward could be on the move as they aim to shift him out so he can re-start his career.

A busy deadline day expected at Old Trafford

Only hours remain for United to complete the various incomings and outgoings they have been working on.

The arrivals of Altay Bayindir and Sergio Reguilon seem pretty nailed on at this point with medicals said to be passed.

But the deal getting fans excited still requires some work but it is believed to be moving in the correct decision.

Sofyan Amrabat is the name, and it is highly expected he will arrive at the Theatre of Dreams today.

Sales are also on the agenda with multiple players on the market including Greenwood, we can’t wait to see how this day turns out.
