Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has reportedly assisted Facundo Pellistri when it comes to deciding what the best move is for the 21-year-old winger.
According to a report from Dutch outlet FC Twente Insite, who claim that the Dutch manager is assisting and advising the Uruguayan winger on what he should do next and Ten Hag has reportedly advised the winger to make the move to FC Twente, despite interest from other clubs.
Boca Juniors also interested
The report states that Boca Juniors are also interested but Ten Hag has advised Pellistri to make the move to the Eredivisie.
Pellistri has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford this summer after a frustrating year for him last season in which he managed just 11 appearances and 280 minutes of football in total.

The winger has featured and looked promising during United’s pre-season games but it seems his future lies away from Old Trafford with Pellistri looking for more regular first-team football, as it seems the wide-man may well be third or fourth choice at Old Trafford this season.
After the winger was linked with Twente last summer, it’s been reiterated that the winger is being pushed towards the Dutch team by Ten Hag with the winger expecting first-team football.
Another report from a few weeks back, claims that the player and the agent are interested in making the move to the Dutch side.
Why do Twente want him?
Dutch journalist Tijmen van Wissing has explained why the Dutch side are interested in the former Penarol winger.
MORE UNITED STORIES
“FC Twente simply have no wingers and you can see that,” he says in the Dutch outlet FC Twente Insite.
“A bit of the same thing is happening at FC Twente as at Ajax, they are waiting for Pellistri from Manchester United. Boca Juniors seems to be in the market for that now.
The winger would get first-team football were he to make the move to the Dutch league, which, at his age, is exactly what he needs to develop.
