Karim Adeyemi is no stranger to Manchester United links, but the Borussia Dortmund winger remains a potential target ahead of the summer transfer window.
Manchester United have plans to strengthen the team ahead of the 2026/27 campaign, with players coming and going.
The midfield is likely to take priority, with Casemiro leaving Old Trafford at the end of the season. Many targets have been named, including Real Madrid’s Aurelien Tchouameni.
Other areas of the team will need bolstering, too. The left wing area may require investment with Marcus Rashford set to leave the club on a permanent deal, whether that is to Barcelona or elsewhere.

Would Karim Adeyemi be a good signing for Manchester United?
Karim Adeyemi could be Premier League-bound
In November, it was suggested that United had been offered Karim Adeyemi from Borussia Dortmund.
It was suggested that Jorge Mendes was looking to find the winger a new club, which means United were among a list of clubs contacted at the time.
With a contract at Dortmund running until the summer of 2027, Adeyemi remains a target for United and a host of other clubs.
According to Fussballdaten, United have placed Adeyemi at the top of their shortlist and see his explosiveness as ideal for the pace of the Premier League.
Adeyemi is one of the fastest players in the Bundesliga with a measured speed of 35.78 km/h.
The report also outlines interest from Chelsea and Newcastle.

Karim Adeyemi stats this season
Although there has been some disciplinary issues with Adeyemi, he has kept his place in the Dortmund side.
The 24-year-old has made 37 appearances this season, scoring 10 goals and registering five assists.
Adeyemi will be expected to replicate that level of form because getting double digits from a winger would be a good return on top of the goals we’ve come to expect from Bruno Fernandes and Bryan Mbeumo.
