Manchester United transfer target Benjamin Sesko is weighing up a big decision on his future, says Fabrizio Romano.

Romano told his YouTube channel: “It’s a really important week for his decision. Man United have many contacts with his agents.”

While the wonderkid striker assesses his options, an international teammate has attempted to steer him towards Manchester United.

Chelsea and Newcastle United are among the other clubs keen on Benjamin Sesko, with The Mail reporting Red Bull Salzburg pricing him around £55 milion.

Sesko told to sign for Manchester United

Sesko was urged to join United in a reply on his Instagram post from Slovenian striker Blaz Kramer.

Kramer, 26, plays for Legia Warsaw in Poland and has five caps for his country, recently part of the same UEFA Nations League squads as Sesko in June.

He responded to a message Sesko posted after his winning goal against Liverpool in an pre-season friendly last week.

A move to a club as high profile as Manchester United would be a big deal for Slovenian football if Sesko takes the opportunity.

This huge career move would make his homeland proud; he would become United’s first ever Slovenian footballer.

Sky Sports reported yesterday that Manchester United and Red Bull Salzburg have taken place, but there is a gap in valuation between the two clubs.

Manchester United need to add more attacking depth to the squad, and a move for 19-year-old Sesko would be a smart investment for the future, as well as providing useful back-up now.
