Atalanta forward Rasmus Hojlund does not want to wait another year to join Manchester United.
The Athletic report Manchester United are eyeing the Denmark international striker, who is one of Serie A’s best prospects.
Rasmus Hojlund, 20, is viewed as a top future star – but there is some debate whether he is ready to lead the line for the Red Devils.
This is why The Times reports United are keen on signing both Hojlund and Harry Kane, if it is possible.

One question over Hojlund is whether he would benefit from another season of development with Atalanta in Serie A.
He only joined the club last August from Sturm Graz, and had up and down goalscoring spells during the season.
Hojlund does not want to wait another season. The Athletic report: “The player is eager to make the move to United now.
It is a sensible stance. In a year’s time, Manchester United may not need another striker, as the club will turn elsewhere this transfer window.
And even if United do want another striker in 12 months, there is no guarantee Rasmus Hojlund would be top of the list.
United will be keen to deal now, because Hojlund’s price tag could rocket in a year’s time if his goal tally doubles.
Hojlund will also be aware that his development will be fast-tracked by working with Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag.
Getting to play with Bruno Fernandes and Christian Eriksen on a weekly basis will also be a big attraction.
This is a deal we expect gets done. United need more than one striker, and landing a Kane-type is more complicated. An early move for Hojlund will take some of the pressure off.
