Four key Manchester United first-team players could follow in Bruno Fernandes’ footsteps by seeing their price tags increase on Fantasy Premier League.
The 2026-27 Premier League season will begin next month and Red Devils skipper Bruno Fernandes is already one of the marquee names for FPL users.
The Premier League’s official website revealed that the 31-year-old Manchester United midfielder has matched his best price tag ever on Fantasy Premier League.
With Fernandes now setting FPL players back at least £12m for his purchase, here are four other major players that United fans need to keep an eye out for.

Which attacking player would you like to see United target this summer?
4. Senne Lammens (£5m FPL price for the 2025-26 season)
Red Devils shot-stopper Senne Lammens was a roll-of-the-dice pick for many Fantasy Premier League players after his arrival in England last summer.
However, a strong debut season at Manchester United will no doubt see the 24-year-old Belgian’s price tag rise ahead of next season, even if it is ever so slightly.
Senne Lammens kept eight clean sheets in 32 Premier League matches and the expectation is high for him to hit double figures in the 2026-27 campaign now.
Projected FPL price for the 2026-27 season: £5.5m to £6m.
3. Benjamin Sesko (£7.5m FPL price for the 2025-26 season)
Benjamin Sesko had a debut season of ups and downs at Old Trafford, specifically due to his run of goalscoring form across the 2025-26 Premier League campaign.
However, the 23-year-old striker came into his element under Michael Carrick in the second half of the campaign, both in the Man Utd starting XI and as an impact sub.
Benjamin Sesko netted 11 times in 30 Premier League matches last season and it feels that the former RB Leipzig and Salzburg forward is due a price increase.
Projected FPL price for the 2026-27 season: £8m.
Which Man Utd academy midfielder do you feel has the biggest case to be in Michael Carrick’s squad next season?
2. Matheus Cunha (£8m FPL price for the 2025-26 season)
Matheus Cunha had the chance to appear at his first World Cup tournament with Brazil this summer after a relatively strong debut season at Old Trafford.
The 27-year-old Brazilian, who arrived from Wolves in 2025, found the back of the net 10 times in his 33 Premier League matches for United in the 2025-26 season.
Matheus Cunha will no doubt play a key role for United manager Michael Carrick next season and the Brazil international could see his FPL price tweaked.
Projected FPL price for the 2026-27 season: £8.5m.
Matheus Cunha’s FPL price record at the start of each season:
- 2025-26: Manchester United — £8m
- 2024-25: Wolves — £6.5m
- 2023-24: Wolves — £5.5m
- 2022-23: Wolves — £5.5m
1. Bryan Mbeumo (£8m FPL price for the 2025-26 season)
Just like Man Utd teammates Matheus Cunha and Benjamin Sesko, Bryan Mbeumo hit double goalscoring figures in his debut Premier League season at Old Trafford.
The 26-year-old Cameroon international scored 11 times in 33 Premier League matches for the Red Devils after his stunning move from Brentford last summer.
While Bryan Mbeumo’s form took a hit as the 2025-26 season progressed, the expectations are high on the former Bees ace to build on his momentum going forward.
Projected FPL price for the 2026-27 season: £8.5m to £9m.
Bryan Mbeumo’s FPL price record at the start of each season:
- 2025-26: Manchester United — £8m
- 2024-25: Brentford — £7m
- 2023-24: Brentford — £6.5m
- 2022-23: Brentford — £6m
- 2021-22: Brentford — £5.5m
