Alejandro Garnacho has been one of Manchester United’s standout performers for the 23/24 season.
The Argentine, even at just 19 years old, has established himself as an integral part of the first-team squad.
Alongside Kobbie Mainoo, Garnacho is one of Manchester United‘s talented teens who have been lighting up the Premier League since his introduction last season.
At such a young player, he’s already an absolute gem – however, there is something he needs to work on, then it’s over for everyone else in England’s top flight.

Alejandro Garnacho must improve his decision-making
Manchester United’s coaching staff should be focusing on one thing and one thing only with Garnacho, and that’s his decision-making.
Particularly against Luton Town in the Premier League on Sunday, Garnacho made the wrong choice at pivotal moments – that could have ultimately put the game to bed.
A particular bad moment was when he went one-on-one, rounded the keeper, then tried to go the other way, ultimately squandering the opportunity and keeping the score at 2-1, which led to a nail-biting finish.
One of the best traits a seriously top winger can possess is making the right decision at the right time, and if Garnacho adds this to his game – he instantly becomes one of the best wingers in the Premier League by a country mile.
This does come with age… Garnacho will learn
Naturally, we understand that decision-making is a skill that’s learned through sheer practice. Garnacho still hasn’t even hit 50 games at Old Trafford, so this will come in due time.
If anything, this makes the prospect of Garnacho even more exciting. If United have a player this good at 19… what will he be like at 21? 23? The sky is the limit for him.
His idol is Cristiano Ronaldo after all, so can he follow in the footsteps of the Portuguese footballing icon and become one of the greatest Manchester United wingers of all time?
