In his pre-Southampton press conference, the former Ajax manager suggested that our number two would be back out on the grass training at Carrington, and the 28-year-old was pictured taking part in today’s session.

Despite Eric Bailly joining Marseille on a season-long loan, which could be made permanent dependent on Champions League qualification and the number of games the Ivorian plays for the French giants, Lindelof is currently the club’s fourth-choice centre-back.
With club captain Harry Maguire dropped from United’s last two games, which have brought two wins, with Lisandro Martinez and Raphael Varane the favoured partnership, Lindelof like the England international will likely have to patiently wait to impress.
The Red Devils will be going for three straight wins at the King Power Stadium on Thursday night.
