Manchester United defender Victor Lindelof has praised teammate Casemiro after the team’s FA Cup fifth round victory.
Casemiro scored a late winner to secure a 1-0 victory against Nottingham Forest, avoiding the need for extra-time or penalties.
The whole team had to battle to get the victory, which has set up a quarter-final at home to Nottingham Forest.
It wasn’t a great performance, but it was a solid one, with the clean sheet providing the platform for United to snatch the late winner.

Victor Lindelof reacts to win
Victor Lindelof was back in the team at centre-back, after a stint at left-back, and he was full of praise for his teammates.
He was pleased with the big moment which won the game, lauding Casemiro’s intelligence of timing his runs into the box.
He said: “Casemiro is very good at the timing of everything. He’s a clever player. He’s done that a couple of times in his career.
“It was a perfect ball from Bruno Fernandes and a perfect execution from Casemiro.
“We are very happy. We knew it was going to be a tough game. Always nice to score a late goal and go into next round.”
Lindelof not looking too far forward
Manchester United hosting the FA Cup quarter-final is going to be a dramatic game whatever happens, and will be a must-watch for all concerned.
That tie will take place in mid-March, with United also hosting Liverpool in the Premier League in early April.
Before all that, United visit City this weekend. Lindelof is well aware of the intense schedule his side will face.
He said: “We have a nice couple of games coming up. We have to focus one game at a time.”
