World record-holding sprinter Usain Bolt has named three players he would like to see Manchester United sign this summer.
Jamaican icon Usain Bolt has never shied away from his love for Manchester United.
Like any United fan, Bolt has some ideas about which players Ruben Amorim should be trying to sign at the end of the season.
Especially after a turbulent campaign, as United sit 14th in the Premier League, after struggling to score goals and win football matches.
It’s been a completely different story in the Europa League since United remain the only unbeaten team in Europe this term. The Red Devils beat Athletic Club 3-0 in the semi-final first leg on Thursday night to increase their chances of reaching the final.
That means United can still qualify for the Champions League, which would be good news ahead of the summer transfer window because United will be able to attract better players with more spending power.

Usain Bolt names three footballers he would sign for Man Utd
It is no secret that United need to drastically improve next season.
Amorim has not got the start he would have wanted at Old Trafford, although United’s head coach will have a better outlook on the season if the team can go all the way in the Europa League.
In a recent interview with Bleacher Report, Bolt was specifically asked which three footballers he would like to see United sign.
Bolt didn’t hesitate while picking Chelsea’s Cole Palmer, Sporting CP’s Viktor Gyokeres and Atalanta’s Ademola Lookman.
“The left winger from Atalanta,” Bolt said. “He’s called Lookman. I’ve watched him throughout, he’s pretty good.
“And, I think Cole Palmer has really showed his class.
“And the striker is, I can’t pronounce his last name, but it’s Viktor [Gyokeres] from Sporting. I can’t pronounce his last name [laughs]…
“Those are the three signings.”
Out of the three signings, Lookman may be the easiest deal to get done because Gyokeres will be expensive and have Champions League demands, especially after registering 64 goal contributions for Sporting CP this term.
Chelsea would also complicate a potential pursuit of Palmer.
Viktor Gyokeres in race for European Golden Boot award
Sporting CP talisman Gyokeres has had an incredible season and it wouldn’t be a surprise if Amorim wanted to reunite with the Sweden international at Old Trafford.
Gyokeres is currently topping the charts for the European Golden Boot award, with 38 goals to his name.
The Swede is followed by Mohamed Salah, Robert Lewandowski and Harry Kane among Europe’s top scorers.
| Player | Goals |
| Viktor Gyokeres | 38 |
| Mohamed Salah | 28 |
| Robert Lewandowski | 25 |
| Harry Kane | 24 |
| Mateo Retegui | 24 |
Former United forward Mason Greenwood is the 15th top scorer in Europe after scoring 18 goals for Marseille.
