Manchester United have been linked with a short term loan move for Lucas Moura, according to the Sun.

The newspaper claim that United have enquired about the possibility of taking the Brazilian winger on loan. United’s need for a right winger is evident and Moura has been out of favour in Paris, making just a handful of appearances this season.

The French club are reportedly open to a deal, so long as a clause is inserted to make the deal permanent. Paris will be keen to raise funds in the summer as their huge signing of Kylian Mbappe was factored into their 2018 budget; whilst money is no object, they have to be seen to make a token attempt at complying with Financial Fair Play regulations and Lucas, who was famously courted by Sir Alex Ferguson prior to his arrival in Europe, is an asset who will still bring a sizeable amount of money.

It is a deal which could suit all parties. Lucas is interesting some Chinese sides and it has been proven, as in the case of Oscar, that moving to the Far East won’t necessarily harm his international selection chances, which is likely to be a key factor in his decision to leave this window.
