Chelsea defender Trevor Chalobah is unhappy to see Manchester United agree a deal to sign Mason Mount.
Manchester United have struck a deal with Chelsea for the signature of Mason Mount.
The Athletic reports Mount will join for a fee of £55 million plus £5 million in add-ons. He is the club’s first signing of the summer, pending a medical.
While this is a great deal for Manchester United, it is a real loss for Chelsea, losing one of their biggest talents.

Mason Mount to Manchester United
Mason Mount will be missed at Chelsea, having been in their academy since he was six. Now he is leaving for Manchester United – taking a step up.
His departure has already been lamented by Chelsea teammate Trevor Chalobah, who came through the academy with him.
Chalobah posted on Twitter after the news broke, writing: “My boy”, with a crying emoji and broken heart.
Chelsea’s loss is Manchester United’s gain. Still only 24, Mount’s best years are ahead of him and he will spend them at Old Trafford.
More signings are expected to follow Mason Mount to Manchester United, and it was important to get the first one in early.
As for Chelsea, they are in clearout mode, having already sold Kai Havertz, Mateo Kovacic, Edouard Mendy and Kalidou Koulibaly.
