The last few weeks have not brought a lot of praise for Manchester United players, amid three straight losses.
Thankfully, Manchester United snapped this unwanted streak with a 1-0 win over Burnley at Turf Moor.
Bruno Fernandes scored a goal late in the first half, with United keeping a much-desired clean sheet.
With three points secured, the plaudits are coming in too.

Manchester United duo in BBC Team of the Week
BBC Sport pundit Garth Crooks named two Manchester United players in his ‘Team of the Week’. No other team had more than two players selected.
Crooks picked out goalscorer Bruno Fernandes and defender Jonny Evans in his XI.
Evans provided the assist for Fernandes’ goal with a cross-field ball, which Crooks described as ‘the most exquisite pass’.
He added that he was glad to see Evans prove he is still good enough to play for Manchester United at the age of 35, having seen some criticism of him after his previous substitute appearance against Arsenal earlier in the month.
Crooks lauded Fernandes’ goal as a ‘cracking finish’, and praised him for captaining a team which proved ‘nerve and bottle’ to secure a much-needed away victory.
Let’s see if Fernandes gets more credit
It is nice to see Fernandes being praised because there has been a lot of over the top criticism of him just because many pundits don’t like seeing him wear the Manchester United armband.
His impressive goal was worthy of winning any game, and it came at a moment where his side needed a leader to step up.
Fernandes has the respect of Manchester United supporters. It would just be nice if a few more got on board too.
