Manchester United and Inter Milan are continuing to negotiate over a deal for goalkeeper Andre Onana.

A move for Manchester United to sign Inter Milan goalkeeper Andre Onana appears to be progressing rapidly.

Gazzetta dello Sport report talks are ongoing and there is a mutual desire among both clubs to conclude a deal quickly.

Manchester United have identified Onana as an upgrade on David de Gea, whose contract expires at the end of this month.

Andre Onana move

Manchester United’s efforts to sign Andre Onana are helped by Inter Milan’s desire for speedy negotiations.

Gazzetta report Inter Milan ‘want everything to be finalised within this week’.

Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag is reportedly insistent to have Onana available for the first week of pre-season, in early July.

Inter are looking at a variety of replacement options for Onana, including Hugo Lloris and Keylor Navas.

The deal proposed is 50 million Euros (£42 million) plus add-ons.

Manchester United are also in contact with Chelsea over a move to sign Mason Mount, reports Fabrizio Romano.

After a slow start to the transfer window, it is still possible United reach early July with two signings in the bag.
